Config Tool Not Working (solved)

Recently purchased your Kmsy scenery and noticed some stuttering as I moved around the airport. I have P3D v4.5 as my simulator. To reduce some of the stuttering ( my settings in P3D are not set very high) I tried to uncheck some of the scenery elements in the config tool. I am getting an error: Unhandled exception has occurred in your application. If you click continue, the application will ignore this error and attempt to continue. If you click Quit, the application will close immediately. When I click Continue , the config tool freezes up and I am not able to do anything else. Clicking Quit, the application closes. Any help will be appreciated!!

Hi, you need to run the config tool as an administrator for it to work properly.

Ran the config tool as Admin - works like a charm!! Thank you for your assistance!!
