TCAS switch in A339

Post by jfv » Mon May 20, 2024 4:41 am

I am hoping I'm missing something, but from what I can see the switch from Standby to TA and TA/RA will not move. If this is the case the plane is useless to me, so I hope I'm missing something?? Anyone?

Thanks for the reply. Just to explain, being unable to turn on the TCAS would render the plane non-airworthy in the real world, it means ATC cant track you :) In the sim world, where I tend to fly using "A Pilot's Life" it means you would automatically lose some number of points, this is what i meant by the plane being useless to me :(
