Airbus a330- 900, navigation display, xbox series x

Post by Pettingking » Sat Dec 30, 2023 9:36 am

Dear LVFR Team

First thanks for all these great airplanes.
I appreciate all your efforts.

But i have a problem. I'm a amateur, i fly very simple. First I determine the route on the globe. From one gate to an airstrip at another location. Then I start the plane with the tablet in the cockpit (ready to take off). But for some reason I don't see a green line showing the route on the navigation display in the cockpit and I don't understand why. I hope you can help me.

Kind regards
Markus Schneeberger

Hi, what exactly is it you are expecting on the ND? what do you mean green line? you mean on takeoff at runway?

When the airplane is already in the air after take off, you can see on the ND this green line which show you the direction to the destination airport. I can see this green line in every airplane, but not in the A330-900. This green line is a big help for me, much better than the purple arrow top left of the TV screen.

Happy new year to you and your whole LVFR Team.๐ŸŽ‰๐ŸŽŠ๐Ÿบ๐Ÿฅ‚๐Ÿพ๐ŸŽˆ

I tried to send it again and again, but it was not possible. The file/size is always too big, no matter if i try to send a photo from my album, or a picture from google.
I give up now.

Kind regards

Hi, just a short update:
I could find a solution to see the green line on the Navigation display. I have to go to the button for the ND - Range and there i have to set 20 NM. And finally i have this green line on the navigation display.

Kind regards
