A321 and A330-900 is dropping

Hello pilots,

i have a question or maybe a problem. When i am landing the plane. Like 3-5 seconds before the touchdown, the plane is randomly dropping on the Runway and i cant controll it or pull the plane up. It happens when it says 50-40-30. (I got enough speed and flaps are full).

you are manually operating speed/power from finals to touchdown?

Yes i am manually flying the plane until touchdown.

you need to disable the autothrotle when it tells you to 'retard' that way the plane keeps the speed and once you retard it will touch down smoothly.
