Jetways falling short

I have the same problem, parking at Gate 110 and the jetway is round about 6meters to short. (The Asosbo Jetways are longer.)

For the test, I loaded cold and dark directly to the gate. The parking positions do not match the floor markings. Depending on the location of the gates, the jetway sometimes works.

Can you check the Airport?

Yes, we will need to move further more the position so this doesn't happen.

We have just fixed this, but we are just going to confirm that another issue in LEBL is fixed so we can release the update.

Hello, has the fix for short jetways been released. I still have the same issue and the jetways do not connect properly to the plane. They are still falling short, leaving a gap between the plane and the jetway... I am flying the headwind A330 Neo and this is happening at every Heavy Gate. Thank you

I have found that at some of the larger gates the jet-ways do indeed fall short. Most are OK but we will look at getting this fixed.
