How do I get support?

I purchased KMIA in October 2017 but I'm not sure where I purchased it from - it's not listed in my simmarket account and I don't have any login details for your store, what other options would have been available then?

Will the serial number tell you where it was purchased from?

I have been trying to get a response to this since November, I have tried Facebook and also a private message here - what do I need to do?
