Good evening. Firstly, I'd like to wish you all a very happy festive season.
Even if you must still now about the problem, but I really need to say it again. I have bought both a320 and a330 on my Xbox Series S, which are great airplanes.
However I have a HUGE problem with them, the black screens are really constant, almost in every airport (LFPG, KJFK and even some smaller). This problem really makes your add-ons almost unusable on my Xbox series S, and I think I might not be the only one in this case. I tried everything, reducing to the maximum the number of cars, airplanes and so on in the airports, however it still doesn’t work.
I have no capacities in programming, but might it be possible for example to propose a version of the airplane without any interior model (like the basic one), focusing on the avionics? I already deleted the animated people in the interior.
Again, your add-ons are great, it is so nice to have finally great add-ons on Xbox, but the series S cannot handle everything.
Maybe your are already trying to update the aircraft to make them more stable ?

for the next round of updates on the 320 series they will be improved in terms of performance so that the black screens don't happen, which only happens on the series S.

As for the 330 we are also working on it, our apologies in the meantime.
