A330, but it's not showing up in the hangar

I bought the A330, but it's not showing up in the hangar as if I don't own it, even though according to MSFS, it's installed.

i have make this and restart my PC and after unistal and again istall but nothing its not here my A330

oh so its PC, what mods do you have in the community folder?
do you have the headwind?

so i have removed all headwind addon but the lvfr a330 is not in hangar its little sad i have pay 35 euro and cannot fly

even with the headwind you shouldn't have this issue, which is why I am puzzled. which version do you have installed of the 330neo?

no check on "content manager' and look for the 330 from LVFR and tell me what version you see
