KDTW

Post by JEP795 » Fri Dec 04, 2020 8:06 pm

Hi Ricardo,

Have you guys ever considered taking on KDTW? Seems like no major third party developer has ever given it much love. It's a large hub for Delta Airlines, a focus city for Spirit, and sees many international flights in and out of it on a daily basis. Plus it's such a beautiful airport to fly in and out of in the midwest with many of its origins/destinations coming from other airports in the LatinVFR product line.

Hope you all at LatinVFR have a wonderful Holiday season.

Kind Regards,
Jonathan

By the looks of it they abandoned the project and there hasn’t been any news in almost 6 months. Progress has been really slow as it’s freeware driven by donations. I reached out, but to no avail. Really would love to have this one for MSFS and it seems they won’t be doing it.

Thanks,
Jonathan

As I am at Toledo KTOL, and always fly commercial out of KDTW I'd love to see KDTW come to MSFS. It's a major airport and as mentioned a hub for Delta.

Kind Regards,

Truth is we would have loved to do not only KDTW, but KPHL. So lets see, we are still converting our previous airports, once we are done with that we will let all of you know. But its likely we will be looking into those airports.

Hi Ricardo,

I just purchased KBBL, KSAN, KMIA and LEBL for MSFS and am very pleased with all four of them. LEBL is now one of my favorite airports in MSFS. It is a true masterpiece! A LatinVFR KDTW would be a day one purchase for me.

Best regards,
Corey
