Fuel Imbalance

Again same issue as with the 330-900 at multiple stages during the flight, when the fuel goes from one wing to the other, causing massive imbalance, crossfeed wing cannot be turned off as well,is the big update that's coming going the address the fuel flow issues with the -200 and -900?

Can you be specific as to when and this happens? this was fixed in both the A330-900 and 200. Want to replicate it.

I did two flights and it happened both times,it happened during cruise and descent. During cruise it was slowly but surely and could sometimes be stabilized (temporarily) with turning off the pumps of the lowest fuel level side, which then caused the fuel to flow back into it. It was worst on descent where it dropped rapidly and without any intervening it emptied out the tank, leaving all the fuel in the left wing at one point. (it's not always left, sometimes right fills up)
Here are 2 screenshots of it happening on either side.

Also is it normal the X feed turns itself on and cannot be turned off? the a330's seem to be the only planes doing that in the sim,not sure if that's normal. Thank you for looking into it! i really want to enjoy flying these but the fuel thing is giving me headaches

We are going to test again, are you 100% certain the plane is up to date with recent update?

Just tested, the recent version of the A330-900 and the A330-200 dont have this problem.
We tried flight with almost full fuel capacity, and no fuel on center tank, both occasions climb cruise and descent resulted in fuel being burned accurately without any input on cross feed or pumps (which you don't need to do at all)

I'm well aware you don't need to turn on cross feed,as I said 2 times before the cross feed turns on itself and can't be turned off as well as I only used the fuel pumps to stabilize the issue. I'm on whatever the latest version is on the marketplace,no update available, also I never said I used almost full fuel capacity.
What flight did you use to test? did it need full capacity?
My flight that caused issues twice with the -200 was as follows
LTFM-LEMG
cruise index:18
FL400
block fuel:27,715 kg
Cargo 8310 kg
Payload 31,568 kg
Flight plan: BARPE4D BARPE UM603 GOLDO DCT PINDO DCT GOKEL/N0467F390 DCT ENSOT DCT GOKMI DCT SUPUX DCT KUPIM DCT SUXER DCT MORSS DCT MHN DCT CDP M603 ALT N851 UNTOS UNTOS2A
So far the issue is not fixed on my end

Ok at what point did the imbalance begin?

I'll try another flight so I can log it in detail, thanks for looking into this btw. I'll also try to reinstall the plane first, just to make sure none of the updates failed.

I may have found the issue,i'm using the thrustmaster throttle quadrant and when using the phsyical engine master switches the xfeed comes on,hence why i couldn't turn it off,if i use the in sim engine masters x feed stays off,i'm guessing the default keybinding of thrustmaster uses those switches for something else as well so i'm betting that's the issue,i'm gonna check what they're bound to,if anyone else encounters this they might wanna check the thrustmaster binding

Ok this makes sense, as we did have this issue some months ago and we made it our priority fixing it, so on the A330-200 and A330-900 doesn't happen.
I thought that yes you may have had some xfeed action that's why I mentioned it. Thanks!
