Something I also recently noticed was that during takeoff and landing the front of the aircraft feels very light and lifts itself up WAY before a proper rotation speed.

There is a current issue with the flight dynamics in msfs where the plane being aft in CG this can happen.

Suggest you have trim down for takeoff instead of up.

Or do what I do and push the flight stick slightly forward on all Airbus model until you reach 100 knots
