Hard right turn on throttle up

Hello. I'm a very experience simmer but I'm new to the A340 and to LVFR aircraft. I have plenty of hours in various sims in other Airbus aircraft. I'm having an odd issue with the LVFR A340. Even if I boot into the sim on the runway with engines running, and just throttle up, the aircraft makes a hard right turn immediately. It does the same from a full start up from colder and dark. In that situation I have no trouble with the taxi, so the aircraft can be steered at slow speeds.

I have the Thrustmaster T1600 stick with the FCS throttle quadrant. The twist handle on the joystick is wonky so I don't have it assigned to anything. I've changed the rudder and nose wheel steering axis bindings (both). I've tried with no assignment to the rudder and then no assignment to the nosewheel and nothing helps. I can not take off as I can not keep the aircraft on the runway, even with full left rudder or full left nosewheel (or both if both axis are bound). I don't have this problem with the Fenix or FBW or Headwind Airbus products.

Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

engine N1 numbers are they only on 2 engines instead of 4? meaning only in one wing?

Thanks for the reply. I haven't looked specifically at the N1 numbers but after one or two attempts I did notice that I can hear one set of engines spool up before the other (left side then right it sounds like). So I've tried standing on the brakes until I hear all 4 engines throttle up but that didn't help.

your throttle is not configured for the 4 engines, have you tried the tutorial we asked to configure it like the default asobo 747?

That's probably the issue. I've never used the Asobo 747 so I didn't try that part. Figured I knew enough about Airbus that I didn't need it. Thanks. If I'm still having problems I'll reply back.

I encourage you to copy your controller profile and set up multiple profiles for single engine, 2 engine, and 4 engines and name them as such. That way you can just switch your control profile depending on the aircraft you're using.
