Major issue pushback and taxi

Hi

I just purchased this today and I am facing with major issues.
1) I did a pushback using the EFB but even if I disconnected the tug a new one comes and connect again. I am so confused as I do not know how to get the tugs to go and stop connecting to the nose wheel.
2) When I manage to disconnect the tug and before a new one comes to connect again I tried taxing but I cannot turn the aircraft. I am using rudders pedal. I can see the pedal moving in the aircraft and I can see from an external view the rudder moving but the aircraft does not turn, not even at low ground speed. I am not sure if this is due to the tug issue. As I said in between a tug leaving and a new one coming back I can get the aircraft to move forward but not to turn.
How do I resolve this issues?

Hello. I will try to help, but I have a few questions.

Are you using the simulator's pushback, the freeware pushback toolbar, the Aerosoft pushback toolbar, or GSX?

Or, are you connecting the tug using the EFB and then requesting pushback with ATC?

Sometime is not a new tug but the same one which keeps coming back after I click disconnect tug on the EFB.
MY only solution for now is to use SHIFT P to stop this nonsense once I did that the nose wheel also unlocked. This should not be happening. Anyway, even with the nose wheel unlocked the aircraft is difficult to manage on turns (even at low speed

I was using the pushback in the a340 EFB. I did not want to use GSX as I am not sure if it creates issues. So using the EFB for everything.

I recommend you download and install the free pushback toolbar from flightsim.to. I think you'll have a much better experience with the ability to select exactly where you want your aircraft to end up after the pushback is complete.

I also use GSX sometimes. It really depends on my mood and how much realism I am looking for during my session. You may like that program, but it is payware.

There is also a payware version of the pushback toolbar from Aerosoft that offers a few more features.

I haven't experienced any issues using any of these 3 programs with our aircraft.

I just tried using the EFB pushback feature at TNCM, and it worked fine on my end, so I am unsure of what is causing your described issue. I'm willing to help you out using Discord if/when you're available.

We're aware of the taxi issue with that aircraft, and it's being addressed. The fix should be included in an update, but that's up to Ricardo to disclose when it will be released. I apologize I cannot give more information on that at this time.

Hi

Does GSX works for you? If if it does I’ll rather use GSX.
The reason why I did not use GSX s because I tried using it to load the fuel (plus using the load fuel from the EFB) and the fuel track did not leave after finishing loading the fuel so I decided to stop using GSX for this aircraft but I am curious whether you are using GSX and if it works for you. Thanks.

I just double checked the refueling with GSX, and it works perfect on my end. However, fueling from 70% to 100% would've taken awhile, so I increased the sim rate for the test.

I am unsure of the procedure you use that could cause any issue with the fuel truck not leaving. Let me know if it happens, and I'll try it on my end.

Thank you very much. I am in the sim and managed now to take off from egkk to engm so will see how the flight goes.

Ok thank you. Did you use GSX to call the fuel track and then the A340 EFB to ‘sync the fuel’ once the track is in position and GSZ asks to use the EFB to load the fuel?

The 'sync fuel' should sync the fuel in accordance with your simbrief flight plan. The same goes for syncing the flight plan and the weight. You can use the gsx fuel truck or the sim fuel menu instead to load fuel if you prefer not to use simbrief.
