Tablet turns white

Hi all,
I have a problem with the A340. Whenever I load into the aircraft the tablet turns white immediatly after I hover with the mouse over it.
I have seen this is an older bugg.
Has there been a fix for this?

Thats a compatibility issue, do you have the 787 Heavy division installed in community folder or what else do you have installed?

Hi,
no I have not installed the Heavy Division Mod. I have the PMDG 737 and 777 installed.
What can I do?

what other besides PMDG do you have in the community folder? this is due to compatibility issues.
