A340 V1.0.1 STiLL ISSUES

Hello, thanks for your 1.0.1 update. I would like to give you some opinions about some things that still bieng a bug or missing:
-Autoland above 40ft: The effect had been improved yes but still visible while making manual landing the plane stills making an autoflare while landing. This normally happens at 40ft above the runway.
-No windmilling effect on engine blades and rudder.
-Hiraulics still on while the engines are shutted down and the elevator and alierons still on netural position while they should be into a down position do to the weight.
-The air packs still not possible to switch them on or off which needs to be done in order to simulate heavy takeoff performances.
Dealing with texture and modelling, the wing shape of the a340 is more a a339 not an a340, speacially in the baclside of the wing. Also the doors windows is very in the middle and seems more an overwing exit from the a320 than a 330/340 door which seems to be more to the side.
These are a few things which i notice is missing that for sure would make the flight experience much more realistic.
thanks!
