Bought through Steam, not working

Hello, I recently bought the A340-300 on MSFS2020's marketplace through Steam, however, the order went through Steam and I have an email of the order. However, when I go on MSFS2020 it says I have not bought it. Help is much appreciated and desired if there is someone official here I can send a picture of my Steam receipt. Thanks!

Hi, you need to reach out to either the steam support or microsoft zendesk, as we don't know anything about individual orders .
