EFB A340-300 Bug

Hello, I just bought the 340 after it was published. I noticed with the EFB that it doesn't respond to the left click of my mouse in the standard way meaning, that i can select the icon with my right klick but it wont switch to said site. What I noticed after tinkering around for a long time is that if you press the mouse wheel and go to the "Toggle Cockpit Freelook", this creates a so-called invisible corsshair with which you can then click on the efb. Funnily enough, I stuck a stickynote in the middle of the screen. This is a temporary solution but I would still like to look for a solution.

What I also noticed when you switch the cockpit interaction system from legacy to lock in the general settings under accessibility is that the EFB simply turns white when you move over it with the cursor.

I also have the same problem with the EFB
When I place the cursor over the screen it turns white. I reinstalled the plane and still have the same problem

hi, I have found a solution to the problem. I was about to completely reinstall MSFS, but I decided to clean up my community folder. I read something about a 787heavy mod in another forum. So I decided to delete these and many other unnecessary things from my community folder and that was the solution to the problem. I don't know 100% which mod caused these problems but hey it works for me

And the most annoying thing is that it will get gray and u can't do anything on it anymore

We will work on our issues, but if another post saying certain modders need to work on our aircraft to fix them, the person who writes that will be banned. This is a warning.

Delete the 787 heavy mod from your community folder. It worked for me

I don't have the 787 heavy mod in my community folder that's the problem and when I see that lvfr ignores the fact that someone else has the same problem and they did say " I don't have the 787 heavy mod" and they get as reply " please remove the 787 heavy mod" I don't think it's right to do that to the people who pay for your aircrafts and not even fixing a bug that is there for me and others since the a330 release is very annoying and not considered fair to the community
