Unable to load/access EFB/goes blank

I turn on the electrical power. I go to the EFB. It looks normal. Then the screen goes blank and is entirely inoperable. I have tried different combinations, but the result is the same. Latest version of the aircraft is installed. Obviously I am missing something. Suggestions appreciated. Thank you.

You mean the EFB goes blank, this is PC?

Can you temporarily remove all addons/mods (non airports) from your community folder and test please?

Removed addons/mods and EFB is operating. Thank you!
