This is an issue we gonna sort for a future update. One way to avoid is, is to put on the PERF page before takeoff, the FLEX TEMP to be the ambient temperature of the departure airport and not the higher number.
Or you can after climbing put the throttles at TOGA. But we are going to fix it a way its not necessary and more realistic.

Thank you for the work-around, that was very helpful. I can honestly say it was quite the painful experience watching her struggle to get to 18,000 in 26 min when the real A330-900 in Econ performance can get to 36,000 in just 20 min. I knew something did not measure up. I am glad that LVFR has a dedicated forum. I hope it can be implemented in a rather sooner than later update.

Did the work around do what you expect in terms of performance?

Hello Ricardo,
As it was suggested, it worked perfectly. The pitch and climb seemed to be more stable. She's a pleasure to fly and I hope the update/fix will be soon on its way.

Thank you, I asked because we are going to make it similar.
You did the ambient temp in the assumed or pushed it TOGA all the way to cruise?

correct, the Temperature and TOGA as advised.
It worked several times. Which I found on the Synoptic Screen that it stated "Cruise" which made me curious since I was in a TOGA state through my climb.
Once it was at correct Altitude, I put the detent back to climb and it held steady thought-out the flight.
