muted atc communications on final approach

These last few days I have been carrying out flight tests of the IFR plan, what happens to me is that at the moment of reaching the final approach, in my flight plan, in the change of communications with the atc, the atc runs out of audio, so I continue with the plan by only responding through the communications text box, but the audio remains, strangely, muted. I have already tried it in 3 different destinations and it does the same thing... thank you
