problems downloading 330 Since fs 2020

Greetings, friends of the community, today I tried to reinstall the airbus 330 since it had been presenting some problems in my flight simulator, the procedure I carried out was to uninstall it through the content manager and try to reinstall it again to see if This way my problem is solved but when I try to unload again the engine reaches approximately 70% and the unloading starts again and it just repeated several times. Therefore I was not successful in unloading the plane again, I could please someone help me thank you very much

To be honest, issues installing are not related to our product but with the sim. Can you contact microsoft and ask why? via their zendesk?

Don't worry, thank you for your extensive support, after trying for 3 days, on attempt number 20, the addon downloaded, I would doubt that the problem lies, the page is fs2020 since I have acquired, many other addons and never something like that had happened to me.
