Very slow climbing VS

Hi,
I’ve notided that passing aprox FL250 the VS decreases to 450 aprox, but if you set A/THR in ToGa position VS increases up to 1500 aprox.
Perhaps the main problem is in the throttle.

The plane climbs in the most economical way as possible meaning fuel consumption. If you do TOGA, definitely fuel consumption will significantly increase. That depends on airline SOP.
Typical climb to cruise is 30-35 minutes on the A339, which is a mid to long range airliner flying 6 to 10 hour flights typically.
