Hi all, we have received the reports and we were expecting black screens on XBOX.

One of the issues maybe the sizes of the textures we used on the A330, and we are hard at work figuring out what else, so that next week we send the first update, which should be available we hope on November 2nd.

Our apologies in the meantime.

Do you think keeping the 2nd and 3rd FMS turned off by keeping brightness knobs to 0 would save memory?
Or perhaps an option to turn off the EFB while its not used would improve any performance

We found the issue, and we think for the first update is going to be significantly improved.

Hi,

should not make difference at this time but posibility to turn off 2nd, 3rd CDU, FO PFD, FO ND can be added to new EFB in future to allow XBOX users configure the displays.

We already know most of the black screens appears when we deploy at the gates, if u depart straight from the runaway should not have this issue, also turn off oans on the tablet.
