Simbrief Flightplan "Sync failed"

I have just purchased the A330-900 in microsoft msfs market place, over $52 AUD, im getting the same error sync failed, tried the owners ID and it worked, put my ID (NOT USERNAME) in again and it continues to fail to sync, hope i havent wasted my money on this product

Hi, you should put your ID.

Try my id is 129100 tell me if you get the same issue. If not, then there is something wrong with your simbrief ID.

I know this thread is a few months old now but I am having the exact same problem starting from this morning and I have tried using the simbrief id and I even made a new account but it still didn’t work. I also used the id that was previously mentioned and it worked but mine still doesn’t and continues to say “Sync failed”.

It would be greatly appreciated if I could have some assistance.

Hi, did you try using my id which is 129100 and what happened? do you have navigraph charts?

I did use your id and it worked with the flight plan that was already setup but when I returned to my id and I tried to sync my flight plan it still said “Sync failed” and also I do not have Navigraph charts.

hi, there is a problem with your ID, can you tell us what's your ID so we can test?

if you share publicly your ID we won't access your private info, that's why I have shared mine.

Just tried, and can confirm this issue. Does this happen in all flight plans you do?

It has been working perfectly all week, then I hopped on this morning and it’s stopped working out off no where. I made a new flight plan from a different airport to try and combat the problem but it still didn’t work. I even made another account for simbrief but that didn’t work either. The only time it has worked today was with your id.

ok so, do this I just planned a new flight LFSB-LEBL, please plan that flight in simbrief.

try to load what ever simbrief first tells you, and sync

then if it does not work, please copy/paste the route here please
