Simbrief Flightplan "Sync failed"

I loaded it and it synced successfully although after this I went to another airport to see if my previous flight from yesterday would work but it still said, “sync failed”

Hi, it seems the routings you are doing in simbrief are causing this.

So I need you to do another flight in simbrief, and tell me how you are planning it, so I can try to replicate what it is you are doing and is causing this.

So plan another flight, and if you can tell me step by step so I can try to do the same flight. Tell me also the route simbrief does for you.

I’m doing a flight from -São Paulo-Guarulhos International Airport(SBGR)- to - Santos Dumont Airport Rio de Janeiro (SBRJ)- I put it into simbrief in that order before putting in the a340 airframe.

UPDATE: It worked and synced! I don’t know what I did differently from normal though.
