I had it, but I removed it before I installed your A330. This problem is solved now; I followed your suggestion above and deinstalled and installed it again an know it's working. But now I have another problem: it's not able to release the parking brake at a stand/gate. I saw in the forum that all doors must be closed and the service equipement must removed to release the parking brake. Well, I followed that but unfortunately it's still not possible to release it. When I try, there's a light click to off and back to on.

Thanks for your help and Best Regards!

There must be something still on the EFB activated that doesn't allow for the parking brake to be turned off. If you still can please show me a screenshot of the EFB in the doors (services) section please.

Hi there

Due to the mentioned problem above I wrote twice (01.05.2024 and 08.05.2024) a refund request to support@latinvfr.com (see below). Unfortunately I didn't get a response til now so I try it on this way via the forum.

Thanks for your reply and Best Regards!

My request to support@latinvfr.com:

Hi there

About two weeks ago I purchased your A330 via the Simmarket. When I wanted to start a flight (after clicking "fly") the game crahed (CTD). I asked via forum for support and after I deinstalled and re-installed it new and it worked for a very short time. The second issue was that it wasn't able to release the parking brake even every door was closed and the service equipement removed (I asked this issue as well in your forum). But now there's once again the problem that the game is crashing when I'd like to start a flight. The product is up to date and I have several additional planes (freeware and payware) and with no others ones I have this issue; so I think it's not because of my system.
So I'd like to ask for a refund. If you want I can send a film as a proof.

Thanks for your understanding and answer!

Best Regards

Biggles,

I'm unsure how things went with your request for the refund. This is not something that I am responsible for. I hope that you were able to get it resolved.

However, I wanted to respond to the issue you were having with the aircraft causing your simulator to crash. If you select an aircraft, and simulator crashes, choose a different aircraft the next time you launch the simulator. If the simulator loads fine, exit to the main menu, then exit the simulator. Launch the simulator again, then choose the original aircraft you wanted. The simulator should load fine after that. This seems to be a random issue after adding a new aircraft to the community library or when one of the aircraft's cfg files has been edited.
