Setup flight in simbrief and click generate. Start the flight in MSFS. After loading at gate turn on batteries and external power. |Go to EFB and select Simbrief tab. Click Show OFP. A blank page is displayed. Click Sync Plan. Syncing Failed message.

Ok, how have you setup your simbrief ID on the EFB?

Ok, how have you setup your simbrief ID on the EFB?

Yes my ID is showing in the EFB. Even logging out and back in does not resolve it.

ok go to LFPG airport, and on simbrief settings, UserID, put 129100. That's my user ID, you will have a flight plan loaded LFPG-KATL.

So the problem may be due to the simbrief ID. Are you 100% sure you are putting your simbrief ID?

I was using my simbrief username and not my id. This is what I was always using and it worked up until recently. I will try my id instead but this issue is affecting others too

its supposed to be the ID, I know its confusing.
