EFB- METAR Weather Inaccuracy

Hello, METAR for PHNL is showing 23 F. I think the F should be a C.

The true temperature is 73.

without using the 9/5 formula, you take the C- 23 X2 - 46 + 30 = 76 and round off.

I am thinking the EFB needs to be corrected on the METAR that reads Celius with a Snowflake. I know for certain it is not snowing in Hawaii.

yes very sorry will look into fixing this conversion.

In any case, all metar in the entire world they go by the Celsius, but yes our conversion is wrong.
