Hotfix for PC users of LVFR A330-900

Hello, we have heard of serious black screen issues (not XBOX) on PC users, and it has to do with another addon in community folder that if updated wouldn't cause this. Nonetheless we have uploaded a hotfix

Installation:
Unzip and copy content of the package to Community folder

Changelog:
- [MISC] Fixed broken displays (users with outdated PMS50 addon in community folder)
- [EFB] Added possibility to remove SimBrief ID
- [LOGIC] Fixed commanded climb thrust above FL400
- [MISC] Fixed frozen ND screen (users with unidentified incompatible addon in Community folder)

Though this is for PC, as the black screens are fixed here for those. The black screens on XBOX has been dealt with and an update has been submited to microsoft addressing this. We hope they can release ASAP.

We sent to microsoft the following:
1- Autothrottle issues above FL400 fixed
2- Elevator pitch sensitivity fixes
3- Black screens on XBOX optimization.
4- lighting fixes
5- Screens more brighter
6- Engine sounds fixes
7- Wingflex animation increases
8- Other small fixes

Update 1.0.1 was released tonight, for those on PC having black screen issues related to other mods, please keep the hotfix.
