From that video the plane lost speed, as a result of no throttle input. And quality is bad so I can't see much more than the decrease of speed and power info.
I think that’s the problem.

Speed decreases because for any reason engines don’t push (as I said before).

Also exists the red strip issue.

Personally I’ve decided not to fly the plane by the moment. I’ll fly in the next update.

I’m sure the problem will be found and fixed!

Also I think videos are the best way to “catch” the issues. Sadly on Xbox only the last minute is recorded.

Please try again with less fuel, therefore your weights be better and this doesn't happen
Hi Ricardo,

I adjusted the fuel and I’ve completed two flights.

Except some little issues that will be fixed, the flights were ok.

First flight was LEZL - LEMD (to try low altitude) and the second was EGKK - LEMD. Both landings with about 15% fuel.

In the image can see the plane just arrived to Madrid from London!!

I think this will be a great plane!!

IMO fuel is not the problem, but I don’t know what is the solución.

We made a simbrief aircraft you can chose, with the expected fuel burn. its in the A339 section. LatinVFR

Yes, I will ask him if he has the full video. Although I don’t think so because it must be the Xbox’s last-minute recording system, but I will check with him.

Well, I haven’t had this problem yet. It could be when loading the aircraft, the person is doing it wrong, or not setting the correct VAPP speed or the way they are capturing the ILS could be causing this.

One question, Ricardo, can loading fuel and weight using the MSFS menu cause this or does it have the same effect as using the EFB for loading?!
Hi,

does not have our friend the video in a bit better quality??

Kind Regards

This is another random video from an A330-900 user
please see he lowers his speed, and landing at FAOR a high altitude airport, never stalls nor crashes as he has his CG controlled for landing

I think he’s a pc player.

In other hand, I’ve done successful landings too but randomly in some of them the plane crash.

Obviously I’m doing the same in both cases.

I’ve never crashed the a320

Ok so we did some tests and managed to replicate the stall and crash.

Issue is proper flap configuration on descent and speeds. Plane is leaving the envelope because on approach or landing is not extending flaps on schedule. We suggest that either 1- use commanded speeds, they will change based on flap configuration 2- if you gonna do selected speed, be aware of extending flaps on the speeds that require it. We are working on a video tutorial that will address this.

Also the weight of the aircraft on approach plays a huge role. Need not to have too much fuel.

We will also improve the tape speed warnings so that you can see that you need the plane properly configured.

Hi,
Similar issue for me on Xbox. On approach, 160 knots , full flaps, light fuel 9 %, weight 66 %, can land it manually , but when i activate AP / Approach mode it nose dives to ground.

Same problem here. I couldn’t finish 8 out of ten flights because the A330 suddenly crashes. It happend either during take off phase or during landing phase. Suddenly the plane has no power, moves to the side and fell to the ground.
It has nothing to do with fuel or flaps! It is a bug in your software! I flew A319 and A320 enough to know that something is wrong with your software.

I am using XBox X, Lufthansa Livery, crashes happen close to Dusseldorf or Frankfurt short after take off or short before landing.

Please fix this bug, otherwise this A330 is not playable at all. If it won’t be fixed I want my 35€ back…

Thanks in advance…

Alex
