Parking break issue

This is the second time Ive had this issue on the 330, did have it on the 312neo, but when I go to disable the parking break it just jumps back to on and then i cant disable it, then i restart the flight and because Im on xbox the black screens start so i have to restart the sim doing everything again.

That's because you have still active in the EFB ground service objects. Check the EFB and disable any ground equipment.
