LVFR A330-900 EFB doesn't work

I bought your A330-900 from the Microsoft Store the day before yesterday and I have a big problem. Whenever I try to log into the EFB with the mouse after starting, the display stops working and shimmers pink and purple. I've already deleted the plane twice and reinstalled it, updated the driver and turned to the forums. Nobody can offer me a solution. One participant said there was a faulty file in the download from Microsoft. I would be grateful if you could help me.

could you show me list of your addons in community folder??

If you have the 78HX mod in the community folder remove it please. This is caused by that mod.
