Engines cannot be started

Hello,
I've recently purchased the A320CEO package from the MSFS Store on XBox.
Unfortunately, the engine start does not work for both engines.
N1 is going up to about 5% and that's it. Nothing else happens.
I don't think that's a procedural issue because I'm using the same procedure on the Asobo A320 and there it works fine.
I tried for both engine versions but that didn't make any difference.
The flight model is set to "modern".
I don't have any other mods or add-ins installed (besides an add-in which improves the runway markings but I think this is not related with this issue).
Any tips how to solve this engine issue would be very much appreciated since I currently cannot start from the "Cold & Dark" state with the A320CEO.
Many thanks in advance.

Hi,
thanks for the quick response.
I checked both parts of the video again but was unfortunately not able to find the whole procedure.
I do the following:
All Fuel Pumps ON
APU Master Switch ON
APU ON
Wait until APU shows "Avail"
Enable APU Bleed
XBleed Valve stays at "Auto" (in the Video you can see for a second that the valve is set to Closed but is this really correct?)
Pack 1 & 2 are on (not sure if they need to be switched off when doing an automatic engine start procedure)
Engine Mode Selector set to "Ignite/Both"
Then I switch on the Engine 2 start switch
Am I doing anything wrong?
Thanks.

Yes but only by 2 or 3%. So, the eninge is in fact turning but only very slowly.
If I increase thrust I only see the "thrust bug" going up but N1 does not follow.

this can happen if there is no fuel being sent or the APU off, Are all fuel pumps on?

I'm 99,9% sure but I'll try again on the weekend.
I'll let you know...
Thanks.

Good morning,
as promised, I re-tried the whole engine start procedure again.
I double checked the fuel pumps and all of them were on (APU won't start in the first place if they are off).
I've attached two photos - one from the overhead panel and one from the Engine status screen.
From my perspective the XBleed switch should either be set to "Auto" or "Open" but instead it is set to "Shut". But since this switch cannot be moved in the Sim, I guess this doesn't have an impact on the issue.
On the Engine status screen you can see the values of the left engine (which is still off) and the right engine (which has already been started up). Not much of a difference as you can see.
It's also strange the the oil quantity is zero for both engines.
I couldn't add the photos because it always tells me the file is too large (I tried everything between 3MB and 500kB). Please provide a link where I can upload the photos.
I also tried the same procedure again on the Asobo A320Neo which worked fine as always.
Please let me know what you think.
Thanks.
