A319ceo does not appear on my aircraft list

Hello,
I purchased and downloaded the LVFR A319CEO yesterday from MSFS Marketplace and installed it. It shows in the Content Manager when I search for it, but does not show in the aircraft selection list or my hanger aircraft. Please advise where this installation should have placed the files in order to be accessible in the aircraft list. I found the lvft- airbus-a319-ceo file in ...LocalCache>Packages>Official> but apparently MSFS can't find it there.

Do you have liveries installed for this airplane? customized ones?

or do you have the horizons mod?

No only the liveries that come with the A319ceo. I don’t know what the ‘horizons mod’ is, so I don’t have it.
