Unfortunately, there is no air conditioning unit on the ground when you ask ground control for a GPU (whereas one is present with the 321neo).
Is it supposed to be absent with the 319ceo? If not, any way of solving the issue?

There isn't one for the 319 at the moment. Its not a mistake.
The problem was that since the pax left forward door of the 319 is too close to the engine that putting an air conditioner there was a challenge because of the small space to put it
In real life most of the time jetways provide air condition to aircraft when needed.
in the case of the 319 and 318 there isn't much space to put a unit next to the engine. And in the rear its not possible nor on the right side of the aircraft because of baggage loading.
we will see.
