Hi, this all leads up to the way you are climbing your plane. How much energy are you using.

Ideally you climb on managed mode, if not on speed mode and allow the speed to control the pitch of your climb.
Setting vertical speed to climb to cruising level is not going to achieve the best result, most likely you will climb at very slow speed and most likely the aircraft will fight to keep altitude and trade it with speed.

The plane is not supposed to stop climb unless you are losing speed and it can't keep up with the altitude.

I never set my vertical speed. I was doing the same thing setting my altitude and speed on the ground and then when atc tell me to climb to a certain altitude I click the altitude button up to climb then when it reaches it altitude then they tell me to climb more until I get my cruise altitude

But some reason it's climbing slower after I pass 36,000ft it never did that before. I was flying all week and today was the first time it happened. And plus it decends so slow after 9,000 feet, I was decending to 3,000 feet and and it was just decending slower as usual like really slow I had disengage the autopilot so I could decent on my own cause I was to high 🤦🏾‍♂️🤦🏾‍♂️🤦🏾‍♂️
