How can the the Thustmaster TCA Quadrant be calibrated to work with the A321neo? Am I missing an option in the tablet or MCDU?

Go to your MSFS control settings. Your Thrustmaster TCA Quandrant should show at the top (next to mouse, keyboard, etc.).
Click on Thrustmaster TCA Quandrant (or whatever it's named), then below you can assign controls to it.
Search for Throttle. The throttles are broken down by each engine, or all engines. Look for each Throttle Axis, click each engine throttle axis, and move the throttle levers on your Quandrant to assign the levers to that axis.
You can also tune the axis sensitivity on the left side, but you shouldn't have to for levers (that's something you may need to do for stick, yoke, pedals, etc.)
