CANT FIND SERIAL NUMBER

i recentrly buy the a321neo for mfs but i cant find my serial number, could you guys send me one? i have the order detail ecc so please help im very sad about this my best regards

HI, you need to download the contrail app, getcontrail.com and login to latinvfr.com on the app, and then download will start.

Hi but when i login into contrail with latinvfr account nothing happen an no downloads available why?

Now the things are getting worst please help mee, now latinvfr said that there isnt dowload available
