EFB not working

EFB not working
Hello everyone, I recently purchased the A321NEO and have been having issues with the EFB. The EFB is not letting me click anything and will not interact with me. It is stuck on the base menu when you load up the airplane and will not do anything further. Additionally, when I right click an icon it brings up the description but that is it. Could someone please help me clarify this so that I can properly use the A321NEO to its full extent?

this is PC?
it may be do to an incompatible addon, do you have the 787 HX if so remove it and and check please.

can you test by removing all addons in the community folder and checking please? just to test

yes so its an addon causing this, you need to add one by one to identify which.
