Failed AREX Asia purchase Thru MSFS Marketplace

I purchased the AREX Asia on 25 September and it failed to download.
The purchase has been charged to me but the option to "buy and download" is greyed out. I've been trying to download every day since purchased to no avail.
Can you assist in rectifying this?
