Hi,
I purchased Madrid yesterday through Apple Pay on the latinvfr website, intending to download on my PC, however it hasn’t been linked to my account so I have no access to it. I haven't received any emails. Any ideas how this can be resolved?

I can provide purchase details from my bank.
