A321 Neo & Simbrief

Using XBOX - When I load my flight plan onto the tablet on the A321 Neo and try to transfer my simbrief flight plan across to the flight computer it doesn't work. I click the option to send to CFU or whatever it says but it never works. Am I doing something wrong or is it a bug or just doesn't work?
