LEBL Jetways

Post by gregc320 » Wed Feb 22, 2023 5:28 pm

Hi guys,

Experiencing a lot of issues with jetways in Barcelona. (See below) I'm getting this issue at every jetway on T1 .. it doesn't go down to the door height.

On T2 - the jetway goes around the aircraft and connects to the right service door for some reason.

Any help appreciated.

Regards,
Greg

Have you tried a different plane? it may be the way it interacts with that plane specifically.

I believe it does work okay with Airbus as the door is higher but regardless, the jetway should come down to the door no? I don't seem to have this issue with other jetways and this aircraft?

The airbus door (320) is just slightly higher.

The jetway should dock to the door sucessfully and correctly, that's why I asked if you can try another plane. Are you using GSX did you change the door parameters?

I tried it using the Fenix yes and it docked correctly. It just doesn't seem to lower to the 737 door.

I haven't edited the 737 profile from the one that came with GSX if that's what you're asking? I might try and mess around with it and see if it fixes it.

Hi Ricardo,

Just an update, didn't manage to fix it. Not sure what the issue is. Jetways elsewhere seem to work no problem it just has an issue with the 737 for some reason.
I did a little research on it (google) haha and it seems to be an issue other people have too as you can see at the start of Cpt Canada's video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=H61Z-Xh ... =CptCanada

Not a terribly bad issue, but would be nice if it was addressed.

Thanks,
Greg

Hi - I am having the same issue with the PMDG 737. Has there been a fix for this at all?
