I bought Iniscene Heathrow and both versions (V1 &V2) have problems with their gates being eliminated and default gates showing up. Iniscene support blamed the LatinVFR Static product and told me to remove it. They were right, after removing your statics the gates functioned normally. Btw, the product works perfectly at other airports including the MSFS store versions.

Any suggestion and/or help would be appreciated, Darryl

hi, if you have the contrail version,

go to the community folder and go to the static aircraft folder, then scenery/world/scenery, see if by removing the 'egll-airport.bgl' fixes this.

We are going to update this package and remove those airport entries we did initially.

Thanks for the suggestion but I don't have a static aircraft folder inside the community folder. I also tried looking for LatinVFR or Contrail folders inside msfs2020 but nothing could be found.

Problem solved but the folder was named differently.
