Can't get KBDL MSFS with discount code

Hello,
Not quite a scenery issue, but rather a scenery purchasing issue. I got the P3D version of KBDL a while ago (ORDER #8289), and read on the KBDL for MSFS product page that I can get it for free using code KBDLMSFS. However, when I try to code in the checkout screen I get an error saying that the code isn't available to me. Did I miss something?
