Higher resolution MSFS2020 Miami

You kind of mentioned something about upgrading Miami with the latest changes and maybe a higher resolution ground and maybe building textures for msfs2020.

We are planning on re-texturing re-building the north side FBO area. We don't know when but hopefully soon.

After this posting we had done a couple of updates to KMIA, primarily adding the new ramp space near the old Pan Am hangar.
