Cant activate Global Traffic

I bought global traffic for fs2020 and the two emails I received and my account and order pages do not show NO ACTIVATION CODE. Yes I checked my junk folder etc.

Open the contrail app, if you haven't downloaded, download from here: getcontrail.com

then when you open go to the left bottom corner, select LatinVFR and CONNECT. Put your credentials for your latinvfr.com account and when you login you would be able to download.

I have done that, but it asks for the activation code which I do not have to activate the product.

There is no activation code if you bought in latinvfr.com did you buy in simmarket?
