I was wondering in case you can add the order for a specific account I have created on latinvfr.org, so I can easily download my products or at least have my order on the proper account. When I created the order, it supposed to also use the same account, but it did not.

In case you need some sort of information let me know.

The order ID was #2047

hi, latinvfr.org accounts are not working and only the latinvfr.com accounts are supposed to.

hi, if you refer to the old system, email us with the details of your previous orders so we add them to the account.

Any support issues regarding accounts and orders, since its a private matter please email us to support@latinvfr.com

Hi, since I had a problem with my email-address during the purchase, I used the support@latinvfr.com to reach out to you guys, twice now in a week, but never got a reply. I would really appreciate if you could get in touch with me, so we can resolve the matter. After all, I paid for something that I can’t access...

Hi there once more, I sent you a private message about the the matter, yet it's been two months now without any response from your side. I haven't had the time for flying around in some time so the matter got a little out of my focus, yet I still would like you to give this a few minutes of your time. Hope this is resolved soon!
