Failed attempt to by KFLL on LVFR shop via Contrail

Hi,

This evening I had two failed attempts at buying KFLL for MSFS on Contrail via the LVFR shop. The first attempt used PayPal, while the second one just used a credit card. My credit card was charged for both attempts, but the order never completed when I was returned to Contrail.

Eventually I tried a third time, but this time ordering from the Contrail shop in Contrail directly. And that worked correctly.

But now I've paid three times for the same product. Could you please let me know how I can arrange a refund for the first two incomplete attempts via your shop?
