Runway Lights Randomly turn off / on

This issue is affecting KMIA, KFLL, KMSY. P3d v5.1 HF1

What's happening is all runway lights (and sometimes all taxiway lighting) will turn off for a few seconds, then turn back on. This happens weather I'm on the ground or on approach. Very strange, I can't seem to figure what's causing it. I don't have this problem with any other LVFR or other devs airports.

Doesn't matter if EA is on or off.

Hi, very sorry this is an issue with the way SODE controls, it, we will find out if it can be fixed.
